Looking for good home systems in empire space for missions (mostly credits) and ranking

Maybe this question has been posted many times but I can't get my hands on a good system to make my home since I'm starting from scratch. I bought horizons and didn't had much in my old save anyway so I guess a fresh start will be interesting. Since I'm aiming to get a python as soon as possible (already bought the parts and ship color :p ) can anybody indicate me a good Home system in empire space (because of power play since I want the prismatic shield) to farm missions for mostly credits, if possible one that have a good shipyard and parts?

Cubeo.

It is the home of the Plastic Princess and there are always plenty of missions etc. I use Cubeo as the base and work in systems in a 150Ly bubble of Cubeo.

I am at 100% prince rank; but not in Cubeo at the moment, due to having stuff to do at Maia.

What are you currently flying?

Passenger missions can pay very well for short haul (50-150ly) trips, if you have the range and space.
I made 13mil today just messing, and abandoned another 15mil worth(picked a destination I couldn't jump too!).

Not sure about empire ranking, but I had a good little empire controlled system, with a federation presence, on the border of alliance space.
Made for very good use of a KWS while RES farming. Lol
I forget the name....
Pemoeri..... I think.... Near Delkar. Lol

It's about 30ly from Leesti, which is a good place to outfit.
The station, Al-Dins Landing is over 1000ls from the blue giant star, and has terrible outfitting, but it's just 3ls from multiple RES sites. Lol
And has loads of factions.

Thanks for your quick responses =) I'm currently in my sidewinder making all the money I can make for a cobra ^^ but since I'm starting from scratch I wanted to 'settle' in the best system to get more rep with minor faction and consequently higher pay missions. I think I'll try to get to Cubeo if it's in the empire space .

Oh, and it's neighbouring system, Delkar has Pristine Metallic Rings. If mining is your thing.

Additionally, Pemoeri's main station is far enough from the entry point, that you can safely cruise around in Open, and passers by won't detect you. :D
(Not that you'd be in supercruise long on a 3ls trip...!)
But the 1000+LS trip is rather annoying for missions. Lol
But, like I said, it's excellent for bounty hunting, which increases your rep with the controlling faction. :)
And earns you cash. Lots of it with a KWS, cos you can cash in Empire and Federation bounties at Al-Din Landing, and the alliances bounties 1 jump away.

This is all assuming nothing much has changed in a few months. Lol
