I've been looking around for some decent C2 Multi-cannon's in the systems around Kappa for hours & can't find any high-tech/high pop systems anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction pls?
Go onto your galaxy map, on the view panel switch the "Show by colour" to "economy", you can then use that to highlight any High-tech systems. Use the population sliders to find high population systems.
