Looking for Narcotics somewhere around the Lave system

Hi guys,

Foolishly took on a mission to bring Narcotics in for a local criminal organization (in Qator), but when I went to check for a system that sells narcotics, I couldn't find a single one (they're all prohibited).

If anyone can give me any tips as to where to go, I'd be very grateful .
