Boston's Wreck in Exioce. Go to the Gas Vents tourist beacon and look for needle crystals. I found four deposits in about ten minutes.

I generally find that volcanic sites generate rares at about 10 times the rate indicated in the system information panel. For instance I found a binary planet system out Colonia way where both bodies had 0.9% Polonium and volcanic sites on both planets gave me 9-12 polonium out of a hundred mats harvested. I have found the same with Germanium, the vents concentrate rare mats in my experience.
