Newcomer / Intro looking for shipyard that caries 3c or 3b shift frame drives......

I bought a new adder and put a 3c fsd in it but it dropped my jump distance considerably. I can't seem to find a shipyard for a better fsd that will give my adder at least 1o-12ly and preferable 17ly jump distance. help if you can

Any High-tech system, I believe Cs are fairly common.

Set the filters in galaxy map to high tech and slide the population slider to just past halfway. .. visit

I upgraded my Adder with some good stuff out of the Lwen & BD-12 5409 systems. Theyre both high tech, and just around 100 LYs away fro mthe starting system.
