Looking for Starfinder Players

Hello Commanders,

Currently looking to do a pulse check on the RP community here. I was looking into the Starfinder gaming system, and I think with some adaptations and restrictions it would make a pretty cool medium for some Elite Dangerous adventures.

Checking for interest, so speak up if you are!

I had not heard about Starfinder yet, but it looks like it is a variation/add-on to the d20 system from D&D 3rd Edition (and also Pathfinder), which I have played before.

You know there are already several Elite tabletop adventure systems?

Yes, it is based on Pathfinder system which I'm very familiar and comfortable with. I skimmed over some of those and found them too different for my taste.

I am going to do the Dead Suns campaign later this year for my group. You'd have to do some reworking to fit it into the ED universe imo.

Oh definitely! Initial plan is to restrict certain classes and races of course.

I'll have to stay out the ships, though I suspect my intent will be to run one shot "scenes" to fill in the space leg void.

Already have a few things in mind on how to set it up. But while I can come up with the lore and the rules, I'll most likely have someone run the weekly activities, recruitment and decision making stuff. The intent is to lay down a solid foundation in which other interested GMs and RPers can work out of.
