You actually sound like a pretty solid fit for Black Widow Company
While we've been not been going to hard on the on-foot FPS side of things as yet, that's mainly due to the EDO bugs with INF (For BGS side of things) to date. But a few of us have still been working on it, and even those that aren't currently have been actively collecting G3 gear for when we do. And we've got plenty of FPS experience to draw on from our background in Planetside, Planetside 2, ARMA3, Destiny 2, and even Star Citizen!
Black Widow Company is a veteran founded, military-style, international, multi-game outfit that has existed for over 18 years. We are a multi-national gaming community that provides training, teamwork, and the best possible gaming experience to our members and those we fight alongside. While roughly half of our members are active duty military, prior service, retired, and/or combat veterans, a military background is not a requirement to join BWC. Anyone who is serious about having fun and winning is welcome.
BWC is a highly structured and competitive gaming outfit. We are not a clan, or a guild, but a close-knit community that maintains a standard of excellence across the multiple gaming properties we engage in. Due to that, we do have minimum expectations for recruitment and not all who apply are accepted. You do not join BWC for a single game, you join BWC to participate in and experience excellence in gaming.
Within Elite Dangerous, we actively participate in the BGS meta, supporting our young in-game minor faction in our corner of the galaxy, as well as answering calls from our various allies. We also actively organize our own "campaigns" that take place over 1-8 weeks as to provide direction and engagement for all of our CMDRs that cover a wide range of activities, such as taking over a new Star System, completing a deep space expedition with Fleet Carrier support, organising response to Community Goals, or going Thargoid hunting!
We welcome CMDRs of all skill levels and interests who are keen to work as part of a larger team to complete shared objectives, and have a willingness to learn and improve.
