I saw a Youtube video where a guy that purchased the TM Warthog system had a printable diagram of the joystick mappings. Anyone know where I can find this?

I would check the manufacturer's website or contact the guy who posted the video and ask him to scan or take a photo of his.
You can print one off from TARGET (the mapping software that comes with the HOTAS). It will automatically show you what keys you have assigned different inputs to. But its a bit huge and not terribly useful IMO. I made this one myself so I could just write in the actual functions for any particular game...

Hi imadot. I have the Warthog which I have used for some time in AH before using it here. If you are the same ImADot from AH, you may be interested in my setup for that as well as for Elite. My current setup for Elite is:
