Requirements:
#1 Planet with rings for the extraction points ( good pirate camping ground )
#2 Outposts with Black market, repair, rearm, refuel, bounty collection.
Outposts you won't get scanned by the authorities.

Pirate grounds- closest extraction point
Blackmarket - Krenkel Settlement
Raba is a system close by that offers collection USS for rebel transmissions etc if you like that stuff.
List your Viper sweet spots.
