If I had actually paid for Xbox live in the last year, I would be upset, but thanks to MS Rewards, I don't.

Still Bally well annoying though.

Sign up to the 'rewards' programme by downloading the app on Xbox.

Also only use Bing as a search engine but make sure you download the rewards app on your PC/Laptop.

Xbox live coats 6800 points for a month. I earned twice that this month already.

PS.
You earn more points by using Bing to do normal searches.
You will also earn additional points by using Bing on your mobile. Just make sure you are logged into your rewards account on your phone when you start searching the internet.

Additional
You will soon start realising that the great Satan known as Microsoft reward their dedicated minion's.
