PvP Loren's Reapers vs SPEAR / organic PvP wing fights

As some may know, Loren's Reapers is a Colonia based squadron with a story going back to the origins of Loren's Legion, the
squadron famous for fighting with the late Kahina Loren, aka Salomé.
Excellent novels written by Drew Wagar and Matt Lehman further tell the lore and the history of us.
Loren's Reapers supported the Anarchy faction The Nameless in Carcosa, providing the Nebula with Alliance and Federation superpower ships at their
home and premier shipyard Robardin Rock.
A long conflict with the Anti-Anarchy-Alliance (Explorer's Nation, Civitas Dei and others, and now even SPEAR) now culminated in the final battle for Carcosa,
a war that will decide the future of not only Loren's Reapers, but the shape of the whole nebula itself.

GG everyone involved.
I'd really would've loved a kill on that FdL in the end

By the way, the Imperial Clipper is the ship of choice of late Kahina Loren/Salomé, using it is a statement.

I absolutely loved the books by Drew and have got Matt's books on my kindle ready to go. I only got my Clipper recently after finishing Premonition and now wish I'd had one forever!

I can totally see why Salome flew one, it's an outstanding ship! Frags work best with it but I think it can work as a missile boat? It makes an excellent explorer or light cargo/ mission runner if that's your style.

Great flying @Bigmaec, long live Loren's Reapers!

On day 2 to my surprise I ran into the opposition. They must be early risers. Don't overwork yourself.

I was almost done with 1 CZ then CMDR ChroniCrusader dropped into the same instance. As I only had 1 kill to go and was almost out of ammo I decided to go for the win. They didn't like that and shot at me after I won the CZ. Seeing that they went to the next CZ I reloaded and went to return the favor. 20 boring min later we talked a little about what makes the nebula great and would be lost if The Nameless loose control. CMDR Stef got invited to hold the instance, so CMDR ChroniCrusader could go for repairs. Not wanting to be on the backfoot I went for repairs too. My goal was to delay the CZ as long as possible and have some fun with them. The MuhKuh is one of my favorite ships. It's slow but packs a punch and you can sear the steak right on the console.

@Stef Here are the links for ChroniCrusader: Colonia Census, History of Colonia Thanks for both to Ian Doncaster, without his work Colonia would be only have the fun.

Day 4 of our war saw some more great wing battles, this time with a rebuy for myself by our 'Nemesis' Akuma @TEBORI himself 😜

But at least I got a little revenge in the end ^^

gg everyone involved!

I enjoyed this conflict too, I had moved out there a couple weeks before because I saw it coming. So glad I was part of it. :D

Also happy to have broken my medium cz record fighting on the third day. If anyone else wants to have a crack, these are the rules:

*Time starts when you choose a side, ends when the 'battle won' badge is displayed.
*You must use a medium ship (but honestly you get no advantage using a large, imo).
*It must be a medium cz with spec ops scenario
*No other players can be present in the instance (show bandwidth monitor)
*All spec ops must die, but not necessarily by the hand of the player, a victory with any spec ops still alive does not count.
*No premium or standard ammo, only basic, reloading is allowed.

Enjoy a pvp kill at the end, just for fun and just about making it on topic. ;) Previous record was 8m 13s by a chieftain, which is probably a better ship for the job. As you watch this, bear in mind I wasnt actually aiming for the record, there were things I could have done faster, it was just a nice smooth run.
