Horizons Losing confidence in quoted planet material percentages

I've noticed this several times when looking for very rare mats on planets. Latest example:

I'm looking Arsenic, stated as being present on the planet at 2.2%, however I find supposedly rarer materials on the planet much more frequently.

Some examples of what I found in 1.5hr of searching (metallic meteorites and mesosiderites) :

Arsenic (2.2%) = 1 (3)

Polonium (0.7%) = 1 (3)

Molybdenum (1.5%) = 9 (27)

Niobium (1.6%) = 11 (33)

Even taking this to be rng those results look pretty skewed to me. Something seems off, and it isn't the first time I've noticed this. Not sure if some of the mats have incorrect values or not.

Maybe Arsenic is more likely to be found in Outcrops?

I did search a lot of other rock types, but from my experience the very rare mats usually have a much higher frequency in metallic meteorites (the best) and mesosiderites. In the example above I found both the Arsenic and Polonium in different metallic meteorites. Also this isn't the first time I have look for Arsenic, and have found planets with 1.2% Arsenic that have given out much more for less time spent searching (metallic meteorites seem the best source).

Another time was I was looking for a different very rare mat, and used the information from the engineers Herald News section to locate a planet with it on. I got there and searched for 3hrs over 2 days and didn't find 1 (including relogging to reset the instance). I determined that that mat wasn't present on the planet at all, so I went to another planet which had a much less quoted percentage and had found enough after 30min searching. I pretty sure some of these % values are incorrect.

It depends on where on the planet or moon yer searching...if there's nothing in one spot, then recall yer ship and go check somewhere else...doesn't have to be another planet, just elsewhere on the same planet.

Arsenic I found easier to collect from rock and ice planets as opposed to metal contents and from memory there were found in the common outcrops. The metallic meteors are better for polonium but I don't seem to remember them giving arsenic.

Fortune favors the patient in this case, there really is no easy way around this and ye simply have to keep looking but it is there...somewhere.
