Losing hope.. (The Dweller bug - Horizons)

No ticket response and the stats have not changed but I got a message in-game giving access (invite) to Lei Chung - so either a support person flicked a switch for me or something wacky is going on. ;)

Just to update - got a message from suport asking for data for them to investigate. Did a hop around unvisited systems, trading in markets, over 10 systems, counter still stuck on 10 markets and 0 black markets - submitted journal logs and screenshots to support.

See this stuff infuriates me. I'm dealing with the "unique markets" not ticking up past 33, even though Inara shows I'm beyond 50 (I'm Elite in trading having crossed 1000s of lightyears and using various commodities) and EDEngineer also shows Lei Cheung should be available. Those services pull from Fdevs servers, I don't need to prove anything since they already have the proof. Here's my unique ID and that's all they should need.

You want me to playtest and help you debug? Then throw some ARX my way. I already paid for the game to be WORKING, so you can pay me to help you fix it. Otherwise read my logs, flip some switches and stop wasting more of my time.

That's the response I got last night as well although I'm on Xbox so I'll only be able to send screenshots.

Some misunderstanding apparent it seems. Support were asking if I would be kind enough to do something to help them investigate the issue. They had already "switched on" my access to those engineers before making that request as I mentioned earlier (post #19). They were not asking me to prove I was doing something, they are trying to work out what is going wrong with their system.

Ahh ok.

Although that's just more annoying because now both you and OP have had your access to The Dweller "switched on" by Frontier whereas the person who picked up my ticket isn't being as generous. They can see I'm stuck at 4/5 black markets and obviously they've acknowledged there's an issue. They could probably also check my flight logs and see that I've been to a number of stations recently with active black markets. I'll do what they've asked but a bit of consistency would be nice.

You could reply to the ticket asking them to enable the access, but yes you are correct they should have done that already.
 
Yeah I have tried to contact support by email (not the issue tracker has it seems to be only a reporting tools). They answered nothing about the possibility to switch on something on my account. Neither that they asked to try again or send any files.

So that, I went right to the point and asked them clearly if that's an option and if so, I would appreciate a switching thing...still waiting.

Anyways, maybe you were the firsts to report so that they switch on and now that they knows this is a global issue they don't want their gameadmin to be overflowed by personal switch on :)

Update:

I took the requested actions but also asked Support if they could unlock the dweller for me and they did. On a Sunday (y)
 
Just received respond from support agent, they have manually enabled Dweller for me. Have not verified yet, still at work.

I uploaded journal in my support ticket as supporting reference.
