OK I just flew to an independent system where there is an unsanctioned fed outpost that I landed at.
My rep with both the feds and the local fed faction is red arrow down.
anyone care to explain why - I've just arrived, not done any combat, trading or anything, just exploring....
Is it because i visited the other outpost in system first?
