Ship Builds & Load Outs Loss of credits when selling modules

I understand there is s depreciation when you sell a ship but I was wondering does the same apply to internal modules as well?
Advice appreciated

At the moment, yes - I would expect that we will eventually lose credits on selling weapons / modules / etc. at some point.

I hope not. I'm all for consequence, but losing money on sell is something that punishes experimentation, which I think is very important for the game.

We should be paying that 10% loss in repair and maintenance fees, not at module sell.

It would just need a grace period. Let's say 2 hours of actual ingame time (i.e. paused when you log out), during which you get the full price back, after that only 90%. That is enough to try out a weapon combination in an RES and a CZ, do a couple of trade runs etc. and see how your loadout performs. This could even be applied to ships then.

They need to give us a way to store modules (and cargo for that manner) at stations. If they did that I would have no problem with selling them back at a loss.

I don't disagree with this solution at all.

..still like my solution better though.
