Loss of hull on logout/login

Several of us are currently on a journey to map the galaxy. As such we logout every day in deep space. Each of us move away from any stars before we log to stop any heat when we log back in. Some of us logout in SC others in normal space. Each one of us has experienced the mysterious missing 1% hull on log in. Is this being fixed with the change to heat damage in 1.2? Anyone have a way to prevent this?

I do not think this is linked to integrity as each person has had it at different times in the journey. One had it only a day out into space so his integrity could not have been down to 0% (yes he had repaired before leaving)

With us doing a round trip of around 150,000ly and most of us not even half way it could cause some issues getting home. I dont want to pop just before getting home.

I have had this. Only the once mind. Looged out at 93%, logged in at 92%. As explorers we always keep a keen eye on our hulls. I was about 10K from the star, not close to any planets either.

Ive been on journey for 2 weeks, had not noticed such thing as hull loss by logout. Ive log off few times per day... After traveling 1000ly or scan two or three whole systems I tend to take break from playing for some time, pretty much few times per day. Not even single % of hull losed by this.

Maybe because i never let heatup my ship above 100% during fuel scoop? How much youre let your ship heatup during scoop OP?
