Lost Bounties

Has anybody else lately been suffering from randomly losing bounties? Today, I lost an 80,000 credit bounty on an Anaconda, which was very disheartening.

yes everyone loses bonties for one reason or another how can people post thease and they stay up by my posts get closed like right away?????

I had it twice where i was awarded a 45k bounty and a 55k bounty and neither actually appeared on my bounties list when i goto the station,but then i have been getting repeated glitches connecting to the servers,both times after it failed to register it took nearly 30 seconds for the commodity page to load when i docked at a station.

1) Yes.
2) No. I immediately went to the closest station afterwards.

Pretty sure you dont' have to get the last hit anymore, they made a change in one patch (I forget which one) which made it "less likely for an NPC to get the bounty" or words to that effect. I've left ships with 1-2% hull to get shot up by the police and I've still taken the bounty.
