Lost Jefferson Covas voice monkey - missing game assets

I've lost Jefferson and Victor, they have disappeared so i can no longer listen to Jefferson whisper sweet nothings into my ears while travelling the abyss... im not too bothered about victor we fell out a while ago when he stole the last slice of cheesecake, but... Jefferson!

basically Jefferson wants some more Arx to buy him again when i clearly paid for him, also victor on my other ship does not come up as an option no more, so I'm reluctant to take him off in case its missing forever, is it related / bug or do i just contact support for missing "assets" in game?

its my fault for taking Jefferson off as the selected voice i guess, i shouldn't have expected it to work, but now i've lost him for good as its "blued" out and not orange as in owned??

which brings me onto the next point - i have no proof of purchase since i paid with frontier points though and you dont get transnational receipts for frontier points (now ARX) sooooo... anyone else had this and how can you prove proof of purchase on Xbox?

the only receipt i have is an e-mail when i purchased the points (which are now fully converted to ARX) which wasn't at the same time of buying the COVAS packs?

Victor is hiding under the female voice box. Jefferson is probably there but you need to go to the covas screen. Click on the english voice kt shows, and if you look closely you see its a multiple box edge
