LostWinds Lost Winds 2 help I m stuck

Im at the part with taking the king back to his home. I cam across an area with a rock like structure underneath and i small cliff above. The King can not make the jump and I am not sure how to get rid of the rock like structure. It wont burn, or smash in any way I can think of. Can anyone help me? Thanks

If we've got your location correct, there should be a fruit spawner above the rock like structure. The fruit can be vortexed to smash the ground below.
