Not even - Best range to engage at - by the time you've emptied them into someone, there's usually nothing but fragment remaining.

Fixed Guardian shard cannons are fun to use on thargoid scouts. Direct hits cause more damage than conventional weapons but less damage than a gauss cannon. But partial hits also cause damage.
