Low Intensity zones

Hello,

Small questions about Low intensity zones.

1) Why the heck em i loosing the exploration details of that system. I'm in Ciguru where there is a LIZ and for some reason i keep loosing the information for that system and i have to scan the planets and everything every time i log in again, its annoying as hell.
2) How long does a LIZ lasts?

Also, unrelated but wanted to ask, how does the FSD Interdiction work exactly? Sometimes i'm like right behind him and aligned and the sign doesn't come up to interdict him, sometimes i'm like 80Ly away and i can interdict him. I tried to search google and everything, but there is nothing that explains it, does it has to do with the speed of both of us, it has to be equal or something?

Losing exploration data has nothing to do with Combat zones. Volungu is one of those systems that loses it's exploration data for me, and there is no civil war there.
