Lower spawn chance of Beluga Liner

It's a little high. I see Belugas all the time near stations, in supercruise, etc. There's practically no reason to interact with them, and they take up space which other NPC's could use.

I'm especially salty that I can't push them out of the way with my T9 like I can most other ships.

There does seem to be a lot of them.

If I could wind down my ship's window and chuck bottles of p*ss on Belugas in the station, I would. Seriously, all they do is fill up the docking bay while we wait for them to go through and dream of shooting them (or, of course, chucking bottles of p*ss on them!).

I am surprised that there are no gameplay mechanics involving them considering the spam messages they generate. I thought that forsure you could like hijack them and hold the people for ransom or something :p

Hagglebeard?...as in hagglebeard's heros? haha that's great name choice there 10/10 :)

yeah, flying in any system with a tourist beacon attracts belugas and orcas like flies... Ceos and Sothis they are bloody everywhere same for Maia. missions that involve the hunting of pirates with an interdictor become several times longer because of the ratio of the always ever so clean tourist ships to pirates is like 100:1... I want tourist ships to be at least wanted on some occasions other than when they spaz out and get stuck in the airlock getting obliterated for loitering. you know I stored a wanted passenger on my ship once and got scanned...couldn't go back to that system for a week... can't there be more wanted smuggling ships for either wanted passengers or people smuggling (e.g slaves)?? then we could slaughter these ships for a bit of fun on side :) ...oh and save the slaves of course! (the ones that live anyway)
