The bug is very simple, and I think the system was generated this way. it is a federal system, but the 2 federal factions in the system have a combined influence of a whopping 2.9%. However, the system is not technically independent yet. Maybe the other factions don't care, I'll have to check whether they're corporate or not, but it seems wierd. Maybe we can spur some overdue revolution?
