What does buff mean?

It is the opposite of nerf.
Nerf -> becomes less effective.
Buff -> becomes more effective.

There are loads of carriers in the system I found out about. They want your LTDs. I wonder what the selling price is with them?

Buy from low selling station, sell to high buying station. There's tons of posts with many lucrative routes to link them all. This thread Topic has alot of info from many CMDRS.
