Lugh High Intensity zone Question

I saw in the news that Lugh had some conflicts so I made my route and headed on over but how do I know who to fight?

I know I can choose a faction as soon as I drop into one of the zones but is there a specific spot I should go to get the Mission for it?

I seem to recall picking up something in Khasiri prior to going in to the BD system conflict zones a couple weeks ago... so I am curious to know if this is the same type of situation?

Ooh the fun of newbdom!

The player-backed rebel faction are Crimson State, who are trying to overthrow the current government.

Lugh is an entirely player driven event, and it's kinda important that it remains independent of wider community goals etc. It was initiated as a test of the background simulation, and after many halts and hitches over the months it appears that post 1.2 most of the bugs preventing it's success have been ironed out.

If players succeed in getting Crimson State to rule Lugh, it will be a huge boost in confidence that we can actually shape the galaxy, and help direct the game's story independently of the Dev's involvement.

Very cool ape.

IIRC though the two factions in combat at the conflict zone I visited where called Lugh security forces and....well shoot I forget the name now. Neither of them as far as I could tell had any ties to the equality faction or the Feds that are hanging around the stations.

I suppose I'll just pick a side when I get home from work and shoot things, I sure hope it doesn't reflect on my Allied standing with the Feds though 0_o

Ok I re-read your post Ape...Looks like I should aim at helping crimson state

Dont get deceived by religious fanatics of Crimson State. Peace can only be achieved by order and Federation will bring that to Lugh. You have been warned.

Welp...I am already allied with the Feds, everything of theirs is green to me. I aint no hippy or religious nut job either so...System defence force is the correct team/faction for me eh?

Yes I want to help the Feds so lay it on meh...who do I choose!

Or we could all help the Crimson state in order to test that system control can actually switch properly now.

Or we could all fight against each other and leave the questions regarding the galaxy simulation unanswered.

Feds - if it all works properly you can always try to anex the system back again shortly afterwards...
