Luxuries Trader, - Confused as to what to do?

As I approached Lave I found a "Luxuries trader" parked up in a Lakon 7. Sent me a message telling me that I could get a good deal etc.... but gave no idea how!

Has anyone else come across this and found out what to do please?

They buy Performance Enhancers at a price of 7060 credits per ton. All you have to do is fly close to one of the ships, the cargo will magically disappear from your ship and the money earned info will be shown.
