Luyten 347-14 system permit issues

Has anyone had issues with getting the Luyten 347-14 permit mission to show up despite being allied with the relevant faction(s), being in a system close to the system, and that has the correct faction(s) present?

Hmm, earned all permits a while ago, had no issues. It may take some time till the mission shows up, relogging may help.

Make sure the faction you're looking for is the main faction and not just present. That sort of thing caught me out a few times.
Otherwise, just relog and keep an eye out.

As Nasc posted, while doing missions for the Permits, I noted which Station(s) offered the Permit. Then returned to one of them when Allied status was reached.

I do recall though for one Permit (not sure which), getting a message saying I was Allied but when I returned the counter was still on Friendly. Just did another mission to get the tick over.

All seemingly possible Permits I can get are now done:)

Ok. Thanks for the feed back. Luyten 347-14 was the last of the currently possible permits I still needed (not counting the imp one i don't want). This one was the only one in recent memory with issues. I will keep trying to get the permit mission to appear.
