I know that, according to what I've been told here, that Empire faction NPC's don't interdict other Empire members, regardless of which of the four they are with.

So here's another question I have. If you align with LYR, who's NPC's interdict you?

I don't think Kumo or Antal NPCs would interdict an LYR player; they're all in the Independent "faction" so to speak. I think the general rule is that if you have to use piracy to undermine them, their NPCs will leave you alone.

Independent means that they are independent, they are not a faction. Everyone stands for himself. That's like in Civilization 5, where in WW2 scenario, there were three fighting sides. Allies, Axis, and Neutral. :)

Whether you think it makes sense or not, dciskey is right. Yong-Rui, Antal and Delaine all count as being in the same major faction and will not interdict each other.

Really? Well, sorry for disinformation, but that's just stupid. They are absolutely separate from each other, and Delaine is a threat to Antal with his ideology.

I am shocked, shocked to learn there's an anti-thematic mechanism in Elite Dangerous! :)

Being a LYR pledge I'm sure Delaine NPCs interdict me but can't think of a time Antal NPCs have. But mostly it's empire factions that interdict me, balance of probability with 4 empire factions.
