My sister's boyfriend runs Planet Coaster on an iMac just fine. I haven't seen him using bootcamp before starting the game, so it works with MAC just fine, at least, in the Alpha (2) as I saw it on June 8.

Hereby I guess that there will be a mac-version just like the Windows version.

As stated many times before, there are no plans to port the game to other platforms.

He must have been using bootcamp and you just missed it.
