Well, indri are not kept in any zoos, and the existing mechanics couldn't accommodate flying foxes. The rest are nice, I wish we could get that many exhibit animals.

If we assume the "four animals" limit, for me it would be:

- Fossa (obviously).
- Crowned lemur.
- Coquerel's sifaka.
- Black-and-white ruffed lemur (people would find this one a bit boring, but I've worked intimately with them and just love them).

The exhibit animal is where it gets tricky. There are three that for me are necessary for Madagascar;
- Day gecko.
- Panther chameleon.
- Madagascar hissing cockroach.

Ideally I suppose they might drop one of the lemurs and include two or three exhibit animals instead. Of course a chameleon can be brought in through any Old World themed pack, or tropical pack, or anything really.

As above, four H animals and one E - Fossa, Sifaka, Aye-Aye and Malagasy Civet, and definitely Panther Chameleon.
