A Tenrec would definitely be great to have and I think there are some Species that would be big enough to be Habitat Animals (wouldn't be mad about two Exhibit Animals though if that would mean having a Chameleon and a Tenrec) and a Civet besides the Binturong. Also really love Crocodiles
Edit: Tailless Tenrec up to 39cm? This one would definitely be a great Choice then
