No, prolly a connection issue. Its just a bogus error message that hides the actual technical details. Someone knows what it means, and thats all there is to know

Sometimes resources need to spin up to handle increasing demand, thats just the way cloud resources work. Just try again in 10 minutes

I know what the problem is but you'll have to go to the link below to get exact steps to fix. Your cache needs to be cleared, that's it. Were you a console player it's a simple as dis-connecting the power cord for a few minutes, turning it back on and done. For PC players the method is different but I can affirm this will fix your issues. The same thing happened to me last week, clearing the cache solved it.

It happens so often that the game is now unplayable. Every time I switch from SRV to foot or vice versa, I am collecting genetic samples. Magenta Krait, transaction server error.
