Magnetic accelerator cannons and higher level rail guns

Magnetic accelerator cannons are like a railgun mixed with a normal cannon. Now imagine a class 4 M.a.c much higher shell velocity much better penetration lower damage needs more power and takes time to charge compared to a class 4 cannon. I also think class 3 and 4 railguns should be in the game unknown reasons both m.a.c. and railguns at fixed only .
