Main Menu ...Change Name ?

Main Menu ...Change Name ?

I noticed this feature in the new menu but weary about touching it ...
Is that just for an alternative / secondary save....or does it change you name for good..

My name was changed for good for now. The name I had previously had was, of course, taken. A little bummed out by that. I thought I might perhaps had the name I wanted for the first time...not settle for a variant.

I think only the kickstarters got reserved names, anyone who bought later although you could pick a name through the store it wasn't binding come release.
Reality is if we get another wipe you 'may' get to pick again and possibly beat whoever got it. All depends on what kind of wipe we get.
