Newcomer / Intro Main reputations...

So I've decided to max my reputation with Empire. Is it good idea to keep another two at neutral or above? Or just go full-violent mode and declare war to anything what isn't Empire-related?

What do you think about that?

My advice: do whatever the missions you take require you to do, but don't go looking for trouble for its own sake. There's no automatic benefit to the Empire in its pilots having bad relationships with other factions.

One more question - sometimes at nav beacons I see big fish without "WANTED" flag but with very high bounty on it (type7/type9 etc). Is it worth to destroy it then pay the fine in another system, or the rep loss is very big in this case and shooting theese ships is not very smart?

Depends on how important that rep is to you. Personally there isn't any bounty that could make me fire upon an unwanted ship which would damage my rep. There are plenty of other wanted pirates and the like that I can get bounties from.
I also refrain from destroying friendly wanted ships. If they're green I leave them well alone. :)
