This has probably been known for a long time, if so excuse my noobishness, but there is a majestic class interdicotr (or capital ship) currently in system Synteini in the Empire.

There's also another Interdictor at Carthage... I think it's Carthage. I know I went to a system around there and there was one next to a planet.

If you ever get into the permit systems for the empire, one of the systems has two or three just chillin out.
