Make 0% paintwork mean 0%

Just in case you weren't aware, but flying without shields causes your ship integrity to plummet. You'll be at 0% before you realise it, won't obviously make much difference on a long exploration journey regardless.

Oh? I wasn't aware of that, thanks! Yes, on long journeys it doesn't matter so you can turn the shield off to save on heat, but still nice to know.

Still wish FD finally did something about this double damage and repair.

EDIT: To actually write something on topic... I wouldn't really want the paint to go to actual 0, ships would simply be ugly. But the paint could be worn off further.
