Just so I don't need to get out of SC (lazy...) to take a screenshot, make them come back again at the slight change of speed, just make all signs of navigational data disappear when at "0" throttle in SC.

I am an explorer, i scoop all the time, i can assure you they are entirely unnecessary for anything.
I need the lines, no doubt about that. They make the system easy to visualize, plus scooping, gravity breaking etc.. They are only in the way when taking pics. I wouldn't mind FD hiding them at 30kms so that pressing a button would not be needed, but I did forget about being able to bind it.
I certainly don't advocate for them being removed, some people find them useful, I can function as well without, but I seriously don't like the lines in my scenery whether I am taking screenshots or not.
You can also turn them on/off on the right side panel. (functions)
