Make Chloe Sedesi engineer experimentals

I unlocked a new engineer out of the blue today. It was a bit weird, Lori has been unlocked for some time and I made a trip out to Sag A* a long time ago. Anyways, I got excited and went over to Inara to see what Chloe could engineer for me.

And then I nearly burst my spleen laughing at the sheer futility of human endeavor. So this gal does everything Palin does, but Palin has to be unlocked to access her? Both are in the Bubble vicinity? Well played, FDev, well played; you have trolled us nicely.

Maybe... Chloe could offer something useful or unique? Maybe... let us engineer experimental weapons? Pretty please?

She does seem a bit pointless.
How about something nobody else offers, like a modular reinforcement package engineer + special, just like a hull reinforcement package.

You only need to get Qwent to unlock Sedesi - not Palin.
