With Odyssey on the way a BIG NO to 3rd person cheaty look around corners and over walls mode. Just watch this video and you will understand.

Uh ghost recon has multiplayer that gets it done very well, so the if its not in first person doesn't work, doesn't work!
I'm fully sure ED fps will no be ground breaking enough to where it even matters!
I say throw in 3rd person which will honestly and organically foster cosmetic sales! Stupid limits of an Arbitrary nature makes everyone's experience a modicum lesser.
Hell call of duty has had 3rd person before and it works and would be a boon for ED as full featured exploration game. People love seeing their characters as does I.
If its one thing frontier needs to get right is clean up the camera suite to be more intuitive in framing ED's actions. As of now it severely hinders you being clunky in all.
I would love to have an arcade angle like everspace when not in battle so i can see the game world more often!
