Make lore (somewhat) alive in-game

[Dox Paradox]

Here is the idea :

• A set of individuals scattered in the galaxy, very much like engineers
• Those new NPC would tell lore tales and give lore related missions
• Upon completion, more tales, info about lore related POI in the galaxy

=> No credit involved, just something for those who like Elite universe and make it more fun to discover for those who want. A playable set of missions that introduce everything lore-related.
Get to meet or see fabled NPC, leaders, exclusives places, maybe a few cutscenes..
