Make management fun again: Staff management is bad (or unfun), same with power management and finance management

Please Frontier ask yourself:
  • is power management fun or just unnecessary clicks.
  • is staff time management a fun game mechanic or an overcomplicated mess that no one understands (why are my rides/shops empty? Have they quit or make a break?).
  • why you have to remember names to find workers
  • power management and water management just feels completely unnecessary, needs a lot of unfun clicks and generates unnecessary work and it is completely broken (sometimes they stop working, mechanics don't help) but definitely isn't fun.
  • finance management and security were fine in PC1, but now they are gone or bad (at I haven't found a screen that shows you which shop/ride is making money and which one is loosing).

Like with many more things - you took away things that worked and were fun or manageable and replaced it with something worse...

You should next time do an in-depth game test with the community... For me, while I like the core game that is in here, it feels again like we need at least 1 year to get back to a basic level... Same as it was with PC1.

Like everyone I don't get, why you just didn't start with the last version of PC1 and improved on it.

The thing you should ask yourself, is it fun, is manageable and makes it a better game? If not, why than are these features are even here?

Mechanics management is a nightmare it ruines the joy of playing i just quit out of frustration that i need 75 % of the time to keep up the rides manualy with emergy fixes an i can not enjoy the rest of the game.
