Hi guys. I feel like a Subway. But I can't decide what to put in it. So people, help me create a sandwich. I'm having a foot long too. Big lunch tomorrow but no dinner.

i always go for the footlong BMT on white (assuming Subway have a global menu)
when they ask, my options are old english cheese, mayo with lettuce onions and olives, salt and pepper.

I always have a 6" or foot long chicken bread on honey oat bread.
Cheese and toasted.
With lettuce, cucumber, and red onion.
And BBQ sauce.

Yum.

Dammit, now I need to go buy one...!

Right guys, I had to do something else in the end, so no Subway today. :(

Luckily I go to my grandparents a lot, and there's one round the corner. Keep them delicious suggestions coming!

I suggest you read the nutritional and ingredient labels.
I made it a habit when ever I went into a "food" chain like Subway.
I haven't eaten any fast food (which I call corporate death food) in over 25 years.

Anything below 2000 calories is not food. :p

Seriously? You can't just let me have fun here.

Look, I'm going to be blunt here. If I were concerned about health, I'd make a thread about it. And I have done exactly that, several times.

This thread about something that tastes nice in your mouth. It really is that simple. If you don't like fast food, great, I respect that.

But please don't come here saying that my decisions are "wrong".

My body, my rules. If I wanted criticism, I would have asked for it.

I'll reveal my Dutch genes here: I always went with the 'Sub of the day' thing. Didnt care what it was, as long as it was on discount and big. :D

Italian Herb and cheese bread, BMT or turkey, depending on mood, pepper jack cheese with Lettuce, tomato, green peppers & banana peppers. Usually salt/pepper/oil/vinegar but occasionally the subway vinaigrette

I wish I was English like my hero Tj.
I ordered a grilled cheese panini from a fast food place at McCarran airport in Vegas last night. Got back to my seat and found it had about half a pig's worth of ham lol.

Nice vegetarian sammich, that.

However, I was starving, so.... RIP pig. :D

So I had my subway today.

My new year's resolution to not buy take away food unless I absolutely have too, lasted 36 hours. Lol

Although, technically I did absolutely have too.
The cafeteria was only serving tuna pasta bake...
*Shudders*

Urrgghhh!

My subway was delicious. :D

Sorry to upset you. Never said you were "wrong" (quotation marks yours). Thought you might want to know that 'good' taste comes with a higher price tag then what you pay.
I agree, eat whatever you wish. And as you said; if you were concerned about your health you'd write about it. Which is is easier then eating healthy no doubt.

Bon appetit...and watch that blood pressure. Fast food has a lot of sodium.
