Make Sensors a valid option. Connect Sensors to silent running, turrets, chaff!

Did Frontier nerf that? Hadn't used them in months and put a couple on my FAS for a little while. They seem to track too slow.

With a FDL right on me blasting me away pumping out 1 heat sink s/he disappeared from sensors and never returned. They ended up jumping out because we finally figured out what was happening but that FDL was pestering us probably 2-3 minutes, maybe more before that. Maybe they were using a special technique but once they did silent running and dropped that sink it was visual only.

As I understand, larger turrets were made to traverse slower and smaller turrets were made to traverse faster.
