Add a line or an icon on the HUD that allows me to tell which players have their crimes reporting setting ON and which have it OFF.
This is critical, because frontier plans to make punishments for crimes stronger (according to the Lavecon announcements). Without this option, the crime & punishment system is too easy to exploit to make lawful players wanted (ex. by asking for a duel but having crimes ON, or interdicting a lawful PVPer and starting the fight, but turning crime reporting ON mid-fight).
Additionally, seeing the crime reporting status of other players would help me as a PVPer to tell who is looking for a legit fight and who is not interested in fighting (prevents unneccessary attacks on people who are not interested in a fight, saves a lot of time).
