Support ships become personal carriers. Requirement: elite rank in the respective role
All support ships have 1L 1M and 2S pads. They are not pan modal and not persistent. They are instanced like regular ships.
Core services are rearm, repair, refuel, personal storage of ships and modules, ability to jump and store appropriate amount of fuel. Jump capability balanced on role.

-Can be jumped into high intensity CZs and goid CZs. Can be forced to retreat by other players when in a cz. when it retreats it goes to a nearby body in system.

- allows sale of weapons (not mining tools) ax/guardian weapons, military slot optionals, piracy tools, shields, all utility slots, fighter bays etc engineered if possible for all.
