Making my own "scenario"

I've had lots of ideas recently but found myself unable to actually do anything with them (lack of motivation etc), but I have found and been inspired by the ZooLittle series on YouTube by RavenScar Gaming. He uses the last of the scenario zoos as a template (you know, the little tiny one - Bernie's memorial zoo I think it is) and has been creating little zoos using the DLCs.
I don't know why it hasn't ever occurred to me to reduce the size of a map (using walls/fences etc) as I find the sandbox map just massively overwhelming!
Anyway, I'm creating a really old concrete zoo, in the garden of an old manor house (used the Scholeys Manor as a blueprint - building is not my forte!), the zoo was built by the greedy landowner who needed money for the upkeep of the house. However, because he squashed so many animals into such poor conditions, the zoo is broke and attracts hardly any visitors.
I'm going to build the old concrete run down zoo first, put the animals in last (because I can't bear to put them into dreadful living conditions!) and then open it in challenge mode. My goal is to get it to a 5* star zoo, but I'm not sure what to do about the animals - can I sell them or release them..... need to think about this some more!
I've gone for traditional zoo animals - elephant, lion, giraffe, bear (probably polar), penguins, tiger, chimps, tortoise, zebra, ostrich, flamingo, kangaroo, sea lion and crocodile.

Only sharing for fun, but if anyone has any ideas to expand on it, I'd love to hear them :)
