A commander kept trying to interdict me going into Amarak, eventually on a trip in he managed to.
I had a Lakon 6 he had a Python, NO CONTEST, Shields gone in about 5-10 seconds before I had a chance to work out where he was.
I started to run! then came the messages "stop or die!" this seemed fair enough so I STOPPED. As I had stoppedand did not move he realised I was not an NPC but a budding real life player trading my way up the ladder.

I had not worked out how to send messages in the game, so was frantically googling, pressing things on the joy stick and keyboard!
He was now sitting only 60m away facing the front of me! " He did not seem scared

I finally found the correct comms combination and said "hello"
We then spent the next 20 to 30 minutes talking via text while he was being shot repeatedly at by a police ship, which I found quiet entertaining in its self, as it was having no appreciable effect on him.
Now I have a new friend in space - From Germany I might add
He is a pirate and bounty hunter.
I am a law abiding Ferderation allied trader who helps out with lawfull stuff only.
As in real life you make friends with all sorts of commanders.
