Making polls?

When you create a new thread, there is an option "Create a poll with this number of options". Made scroll the page to the bottom in your new thread during the création. But do not make of polls on the forums, is the best way to not have enemies ...

We need a poll on "Do we have too many polls"
Just to add to the above.
Not all users have poll permissions. Some of use mere mortals have to "report this post" on the first post and get the admins to put a poll on (not sure current state but it was like this in the past).
As above posts say Polls are pretty much an easy way to cause hate on the forums at the moment. Most people see them as someone trying to prove a point to try and push their agenda, if it fails then the OP looks silly, if it succeeds then people will argue the forums are less than 1% of the active players on the game.
Best advice is just start the thread and ask the question without the poll (example below):
Poll:
Do you prefer Open or solo?
A) Open
B) Solo
Question:
I personally prefer solo what are your thoughts?
Note this is an example only!
