Making your own Fraction in Powerplay 1.3

so will there be a possibility to make our own Faction in powerplay ??? :S

as many others i was looking forward to establishing a fraction with my clan/guild as you would call it
am i missing something ? or is it just 10 new fractions that are added to cooperate with , rather than making your own fraction with your friens

Fractions remind me of maths. Here's a fraction galaxy/10. Is this what you mean? Dividing up the galaxy into smaller equal parts?

BTW I'm just being sarcastic, if you didn't get it the first time.:p

Yeah, nice typo :p

I may be wrong so don't take this as 100% truth but I think Developers said something like this:

"No, at least not at first."

I would think this is possible. The PDF states that the bottom 3 factions on the Power list each cycle face the threat of elimination. If they are not supported & expanding, and also running a deficit CC each cycle then basically they go broke & eventually die. Once this happens & there are 'new spaces' available for new Powers, I don't see it as too far a stretch of the imagination that Galnet will notice something somewhere....
